Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your phone's browser — go to the site, log in, and it works like an app. Nothing to download from an app store.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Monthly, cancel from the settings screen. No phone call to leave.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Card payments run through Stripe, and you pay Stripe's standard fee. Nothing extra to us.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Export everything — customers, jobs, invoices — as a spreadsheet and PDFs. It's your work.
Does it handle VAT?
Yes, on quotes and invoices. It doesn't file your return — use your accountant for that.
I've got two lads now. Will it cope?
Up to three people, yes. Past that you've outgrown us, and we'll tell you so honestly.
