What we collect

Your name, email address, and the job, quote, customer and invoice data you enter to run your business. If you pay by card, our payment processor Paddle.com handles and stores your payment details — we never see or store full card numbers.

What we use it for

• Running your account and the features you use (quotes, jobs, invoices, payments)
• Emailing you about your account, invoices, or service changes
• Fixing bugs and improving the product

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data
• We don't share your customer data with third parties beyond the processors needed to run the service (e.g. Paddle.com for payments, our hosting provider)

Your data, your export

You can export all your customers, jobs, and invoices at any time. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days except where we're required to keep records for tax or legal reasons.
