Keep track of what's outstanding and what's been paid. Taking payments through Maintenato isn't available yet.
See what's outstanding
Your dashboard totals the invoices that are sent and not yet paid, so you know who owes you without opening a spreadsheet.
Mark invoices paid
When a customer pays you — bank transfer, cash, card machine — record the payment (all of it or part) and the invoice drops off the outstanding list. You can then email the customer a receipt.
A page your customer can open
Every invoice has its own link. Your customer sees the invoice, the VAT and the total, and a paid stamp once it's paid in full. You can email it to them or share the link yourself.
